The annual compensation equivalent is calculated at 40 hours/week across 48 workable weeks/year and represents a full-time equivalent, not guaranteed earnings. Actual earnings depend on the amount of work undertaken.
We’re looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives and customer support professionals to create and evaluate realistic customer service scenarios used to train and assess AI systems.
You’ll apply practical customer support experience to scenarios involving customer interactions, complaint resolution, troubleshooting, policy interpretation, communication, empathy, de-escalation, and service delivery.
The work involves creating realistic questions and case studies, evaluating AI-generated responses, and providing detailed feedback on whether those responses demonstrate effective, accurate, and practical customer service judgment.
Develop realistic customer service questions, case studies, and customer interaction scenarios.
Create challenges covering areas such as:
Conflict resolution
Product and service troubleshooting
Complaint handling
Customer communication
Empathy and de-escalation
Policy interpretation
Omnichannel customer support
Service delivery and issue resolution
Evaluate AI-generated customer service responses for accuracy, usefulness, tone, and practicality.
Assess whether responses appropriately address customer needs while following applicable service policies and standards.
Identify poor recommendations, communication gaps, escalation issues, and responses that could negatively affect the customer experience.
Provide detailed feedback explaining why a response is effective or where it needs improvement.
Collaborate with customer service and technical specialists to refine scenario difficulty and evaluation criteria.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Proven professional experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a comparable customer support role.
Strong understanding of customer support operations and service best practices.
Ability to handle complex customer interactions and problem-solving situations.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to evaluate customer interactions objectively and provide clear reasoning.
Several years of customer service experience across different industries or customer support environments.
Experience supporting customers through multiple channels, including:
Phone
Live chat
Social media
In-person support
Customer service training experience.
Quality assurance or customer experience experience.
CRM systems and customer support platforms.
Escalation management.
Customer retention and service recovery strategies.
Familiarity with AI or technology-driven customer service applications.
Fully remote
