We are seeking a Customer Service Representative dedicated to enhancing the customer experience.

  • Assist customers with scheduling deliveries, managing payments, and addressing questions or concerns.
  • Provide genuine, friendly, and professional service both in person and via phone.
  • Effectively communicate, listen actively, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactively resolve escalated issues and advocate for customers’ needs.
  • Support sales and operations teams to exceed customer expectations.
  • Work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
