Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our Team in providing outstanding customer service. Our Customer Service will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, answering any questions our clients may have, and looking for cross-selling opportunities in our client base.
Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge are not required but would be a greater benefit relating to customers at the beginning for this position. Compensation is base pay PLUS Bonus opportunities.
Salary Range: $36000.00 - $42000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Document each customer contact in APEX.
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
Requirements
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train a good individual.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Proficiency in multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe
