Salary Range: $35000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, endorsements, renewals, and general account servicing.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Make occasional outbound calls to follow up with clients and provide proactive service.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within the agency management system.
• Build strong relationships by delivering knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient service.
• Stay current on insurance products, coverage options, and company guidelines.

What We're Looking For

• Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License (required).
• Previous insurance customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
