Qualified Staffing is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to support a local healthcare office in Fayetteville, GA. If you're looking for a rewarding opportunity to serve your community while building your administrative career, we'd love to hear from you! Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with clients and healthcare providers
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, follow communication scripts, and reschedule missed appointments
  • Assist clients with intake forms and navigating available services
  • Handle all client inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Collect payments, reconcile daily funds, and enter client data accurately into the system
  • Support front desk operations and adapt to changing procedures
  • Serve as a liaison and advocate for patients when needed
  • Stay current on medical terminology and procedures
  • Maintain an organized and efficient work environment
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least two years of administrative or clerical experience.
  • Strong customer service skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in a medical or public health setting is a plus.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred but not required.
Requirements:All candidates must meet immunization requirements at their own expense prior to onboarding. Immunizations must be completed within 24 hours of onboarding and include:2 doses MMR or laboratory proof
1 dose of Tdap
