Are you a natural problem solver who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing logistics operation where you'll play a vital role in ensuring customers receive the exceptional service they deserve.

In this role, you'll be the go-to resource for customers, business partners, and drivers—providing updates, resolving issues, and helping deliveries stay on track. No two days are the same, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and making a real impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist customers and business partners via phone and email
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Investigate and troubleshoot delivery and shipment-related issues
  • Monitor delivery routes and shipment progress
  • Process order changes, updates, and cancellations
  • Verify documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Follow up to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, logistics, transportation, or distribution environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Dependable attendance and a team-oriented attitude
  • A customer-first mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure
