Location: Fife, WA (Onsite)
Job Type: 06 Months Contract
Pay Rate: Up to $18.50/hr
Schedule:Tuesday–Saturday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding service to customers, business partners, and drivers. This role will be responsible for resolving customer issues, coordinating delivery information, and ensuring commitments are met throughout the delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and calmly.
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer issues.
• Monitor the progress of delivery routes.
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.
• Process delivery order changes and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate information while managing multiple customer needs.

Required Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office, including:
  • MS Project
  • Word
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of related experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
• Experience working with customers, business partners, or delivery operations.
