Nielsen Dodge is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / File Clerk to join our growing dealership team. This position plays an important role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting daily dealership operations.
Responsibilities- Conduct follow-up phone calls with customers after sales and service visits to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain and organize dealership files, including invoices, repair orders, and other important records.
- Accurately file, retrieve, and manage paperwork in both physical and digital formats.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform data entry and administrative support tasks as needed.
- Help maintain an organized office environment.
- Complete additional clerical and administrative duties assigned by management.
Qualifications- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional attitude and dependable work ethic.
- Previous office, clerical, customer service, or dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
