Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to support clients by handling inbound service inquiries related to financial accounts, online services, mobile applications, and account-related requests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls regarding account services and general inquiries.

Provide accurate and timely resolution to customer concerns.

Assist customers with online account access, digital platforms, and mobile applications.

Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to research and resolve customer issues.

Document customer interactions accurately.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced contact center environment.

Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

Associate or bachelor s Degree required.

Previous Call Center/Contact Center experience required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong computer navigation and data entry skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the financial services or banking industry.

Knowledge of financial products and account servicing.

Experience supporting online banking or digital financial platforms.
