Job Description:
Seeking a customer-focused professional with an active license to provide exceptional support to brokerage and financial services clients while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries related to brokerage, investment, and retirement accounts.
Process account maintenance requests, transactions, and service inquiries.
Resolve customer issues while delivering a high-quality client experience.
Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems.
Ensure compliance with SEC, and company policies.
Meet established SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Active Client certification (e.g., Series 7, Client 63, or Series 66).
2+ years of customer service experience in financial services or brokerage.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills.
Knowledge of financial products, regulatory compliance, and CRM systems.
