Cintas is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Fire Service Technician - Sprinklers to provide outstanding customer service to both our internal partners and our customers through various activities using knowledge of Alarm Systems or Sprinkler Systems. Responsibilities include: Utilizing technical expertise in reviewing field technician's service reports and determining the validity and proper scope/cost of proposed deficiency repairs. Preparation of customer facing deficiency repair proposals for approval. Assist in technical training for internal partners and miscellaneous projects. Skills/ Qualifications Required - Minimum 5 years' Fire Systems experience - Ability to communicate effectively with AHJs as needed - Excellent phone demeanor and experience with customer service - High School Diploma/ GED - Conflict resolution & negotiation capabilities Preferred - Experience with reading, understanding and creating quotes - NICET and other Fire Certifications - Accurate typing ...Service Technician, Fire, Customer Service Representative, Customer Service, Service Tech, Systems, Manufacturing, Retail
