What You Bring:
- Previous customer service experience required
- Excellent computer skills required; SAP experience preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing or customer support roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and provide professional customer support in a fast-paced environment
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Process customer orders and coordinate deliveries based on customer preferences
- Enter and update customer pricing information to ensure invoicing accuracy
- Update pricing details based on project pricing provided by regional managers
- Consolidate orders to help customers receive the most cost-effective freight rates
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Communicate order status updates accurately and in a timely manner
- Process RMAs, credits, and rebills within required timelines
- Assist other customer service representatives as needed to support team operations
- Build customer relationships and increase customer satisfaction through direct communication and follow-up
- Attend regional meetings to strengthen relationships with sales personnel
- Support growth strategy initiatives for national accounts
