E-Z Way Auto Sales is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and play a key role in driving new business opportunities.
The Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying, engaging, and communicating with prospective customers to create a strong pipeline of sales opportunities. This role serves as the first point of contact for potential clients and works closely with other sales team members.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify prospective customers through various channels, including inbound leads, outbound prospecting, networking, and social media.
Conduct outreach via phone, email, etc. to generate interest and build relationships with decision-makers.
Schedule appointments between prospective customers and the sales team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
