Customer Service Representative

PrideStaff Financial, on behalf of a premier client in Sunrise, is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced team, providing top-tier support and acting as a vital liaison between clients, external customers, and internal staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Liaison: Act as the primary service contact, responding to phone and electronic inquiries from policy owners, agents, and field personnel to ensure long-term problem resolution.
  • Technical Support: Provide guidance and procedural advice on products and services; conduct research to resolve complex service requests.
  • Account Maintenance: Process policy-level transactions within authority limits, monitor service activity, and prepare reports.
  • Asset Retention: Identify and implement conservation approaches to enhance asset retention and improve persistency.
  • Compliance & Admin: Maintain company integrity by complying with federal, state, and company regulations; assist with clerical duties and special projects.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate's degree preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally within the Property and Casualty insurance segment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet research tools; ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently in a call center environment.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Licensure: 4-40 Customer Service Representative license is a plus (must be willing to obtain within 6 months)
