Cypress Creek Financial LLC provides state licensed consumer financial services. Position: Inbound Customer Service RepresentativeCompensation: StartingHourly Base Rate + Bonus(es) -$17.00/Hour Benefits offered: 401k w/employer match, medical, vision, dental, disability/life,paid holidays, paid time off (PTO), service time awards and more!Location: On-Site / 6360 NW 5^th Way Suite #102 Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309Schedule(s): Mon-Fri 10:30 AM – 7PM, Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Days off: One week day and SundayInbound Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from enrolled customers, identify customer needs and offer the most appropriate resource or resolution to address their needs.

• Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual goals and other Key Performance Indicators (‘KPIs’)

• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using company specific procedures

• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer

• Answer billing questions by talking through components of customer accounts.

Inbound Customer Service Representative Required Skills:

• Time Management Skills: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Outstanding organizational skills and great attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is a requirement.
• Computer savvy: above average working knowledge of telephonic and CRM systems is important.
• Proficient in English/Spanish – Bilingual –preferred not necessary.

Many of the successful hires we have made over the past few years have come from call center environments. We provide an in-house training program. No experience necessary.Job Type: Full-timePay: $17 per hourBenefits:

• Monday to Friday Monday to Friday 10:30 AM – 7PM, Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
