CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

LOCATION: Fort Mill, SC | Remote

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $29.40 per hour

• Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM EST

• Rotational Saturday approximately once per month

ROLE IMPACT

Serve as a key customer contact by providing accurate, timely support and resolving service-related inquiries. This role helps create a positive customer experience by navigating internal systems, providing product and service information, and efficiently addressing customer needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide professional, timely customer service and support.

• Navigate computerized systems to research information, document interactions, and resolve customer needs.

• Provide general information regarding company products, services, and customer service activities.

• Maintain accurate records while managing multiple customer requests in a service-focused environment.

• Perform additional customer service and support responsibilities as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–2 years of related customer service experience.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (MS Office) and the ability to navigate computerized data-entry and customer service systems.

• Ability to meet required onboarding and pre-employment screening requirements, including a standard background check and employee credit check. No drug screening required.
