About the Role:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Ft Myers, FL, 33966 (Onsite)
Duration: 4 Months Contract (With Higher Possiility of extension or Conversaion)
Shift Details: Tuesday - Saturday (11:00 - 19:30), Morning availability (06:00 - 14:00) on occasion.
Pay Rate: $17.50/hr on W2

Manager Comments on Role: This is a dispatch-heavy role in a fast-paced Costco delivery warehouse — not your typical customer service job. The CSR acts as the central point of communication between our in-home driver teams, their contractor leadership, and *** operations. This role is all about real-time problem solving, clear communication, and accountability.

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You’ll work with customers, business partners, and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience.

What your day-to-day will look like:
• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
• Monitor progress of delivery routes
• Outgoing calls verifying informatio,n as well as delivery follow-up
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

What you’ll need to excel:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
It’d be great if you also have:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-year related experience, preferably within a call center environment
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
