TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is looking for a highly motivated, friendly, and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, youll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while supporting their moving and storage needs. You'll handle inbound inquiries, guide customers through the sales process, and work closely with our team to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and online inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate moving quotes and information about our services.
Schedule and coordinate moves based on customer needs and availability.
Follow up with potential leads to convert inquiries into booked moves.
Maintain detailed customer records and update CRM system accordingly.
Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate concerns when necessary.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure clear communication and service delivery.
Uphold the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK core values and promote a positive brand image.
Close sales and help meet monthly individual and team goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree a plus.
1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
