In this role, you will use your strategic selling skills and in-depth knowledge of company services to build relationships with our customers. This is a great role for those who are self-starting and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.What We Offer* Average earning potential: $45,000 - $55,000 annually (includes base pay, bonuses, and incentives!)* Commission-based incentives: average $6,000 - $10,000 per year* Monthly bonus opportunities: average $100 - $300+ monthly* Paid Time Off* Benefits: dental and optical available* 401(k) with company matchResponsibilities* Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and web leads* Recommend and sell solutions according to customer's needs for moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment by asking open ended and probing questions* Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves* Prepare and accurately complete all required paperwork* Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction* Proactively resolve customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues* May participate in other sales, marketing and networking activities in addition to charitable move coordinationRequirementsBecause moving is stressful, we seek candidates with a commitment to customer service and exceeding expectations.
