You'll Thrive Here If You...
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales or customer service roles
- Semiconductor or manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Day-to-Day
- Respond to customer inquiries including quotes, samples, technical support, and order backlog updates
- Serve as the primary customer contact for order status, pricing, and service issues
- Prepare accurate and profitable quotations and sample request responses
- Track and follow up on active business opportunities to support sales growth
- Maintain detailed and accurate quote history, records, and follow-up documentation
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met
- Attend production meetings and communicate customer commitments and timelines
- Monitor order progress through manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery performance (OTD)
- Support monthly and quarterly booking and sales targets
