We protect families across the Central Valley with home, auto, umbrella, and life insurance from 30+ carriers and we're building something that lasts. That starts with the team.

The Role

You'll be the heartbeat of our office the first voice clients hear and the person who makes sure every policy, document, and follow-up is handled right. You'll manage our agency systems, support our clients with care, and keep our service standards sharp.

And here's what makes this role different: once you're licensed, there are opportunities to earn commission on your own sales. We'll support you through licensing, and as you grow, your income grows with you. This seat is a genuine career path not a dead-end desk job.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for client calls, emails, and walk-ins friendly, professional, and solutions-first

Manage our agency management system (HawkSoft): client files, policy documents, declarations pages, and activity notes

Monitor daily carrier downloads (IVANS) and the agency service inbox

Process endorsements, payment issues, and policy changes with carriers

Issue Evidence of Insurance and handle lender and mortgagee requests

Run our client care workflow: onboarding emails, thank-you calls, Google review requests, and renewal follow-ups

Keep documentation clean and complete on every interaction if it's not in the system, it didn't happen

Support the team with scheduling, office logistics, and new-agent onboarding coordination

Once licensed: quote and write coverage for the clients you serve, earning commission on your own sales

12+ years of insurance agency or strong customer service experience (personal lines a plus)

Active California Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain within 90 days (we'll support you and provide training; commission opportunities on your own sales once licensed)

Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable you follow through without being chased

Warm and professional on the phone; clear in writing

Experience with HawkSoft or any agency management system a plus; comfort learning new software a must

Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus

Able to work part/full-time in our Fresno office
