Position Summary 

AGRANA Fruit is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support all aspects of the Order-to-Cash process. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, production, planning, and internal teams to ensure exceptional service, accurate order processing, and timely communication. 

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. 

  • Support all activities associated with the Order-to-Cash process. 

  • Monitor, manage, and communicate customer inventory levels. 

  • Assist with forecasting activities and production follow-up. 

  • Maintain customer master data within company systems. 

  • Manage order changes and support On-Time In-Full (OTIF) reporting. 

  • Participate on assigned customer account teams. 

  • Coordinate customer product trials. 

  • Administer the Dump Bill to Customer process. 

  • Manage the Tote Return process. 

  • Process sample billings. 

  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers.

Required Qualifications 

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or other applicable field

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a business-to-business (B2B) customer service environment. 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including: 

    • Microsoft Word 

    • Microsoft Excel 

    • Microsoft PowerPoint 

  • Strong data entry skills and experience working within databases. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with SAP or another Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. 

  • Previous experience supporting manufacturing, food production, or supply chain operations.
