What You’ll Do 
You’ll be the heartbeat of our customer experience—the go-to problem solver, cheerleader, and team player who keeps things moving with a smile. 


What Your Days Will Look Like: 
• Field lots of calls—and bring your best, upbeat attitude to every conversation. 
• Turn customer questions into happy endings—because you’re a natural problem-solver. 
• Juggle scheduling and dispatch requests like a pro—your multitasking skills are legendary. 
• Document customer interactions and service requests in company systems. 
• Be the connector—work with technicians and teams to make sure our service is always top-notch. 
• Process outgoing shipments of security equipment, replacement parts, and other materials. 
• Prepare shipping labels, package products, coordinate with shipping carriers, and track deliveries. 
• Receive and distribute incoming shipments and assist with inventory as needed. 
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information. 
• Keep cool under pressure, stay sharp, and always bring your A-game—even when things get busy. 
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training. 
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

What We’re Looking For 
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Friendly, professional telephone presence 
• Strong customer service and active listening skills 
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities 
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications 
• Outgoing personality—people energize you! 
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team 

Preferred Qualifications 
• Previous call center or high-volume customer service experience
