Pay: $18per hour Plus CommissionFull-Time | In-Office PositionOn Time Experts is growing, and we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team in Garland. If you thrive in a busy office environment, love helping customers, and enjoy being the heartbeat of daily operations, this role is for you!What You’ll Do• Answer inbound and outbound calls and schedule service appointments

• Communicate clearly with customers regarding arrival times and service updates• Support technicians with job details, routing, and scheduling changes• Maintain accurate notes and records in our dispatching system• Deliver legendary customer service on every interactionWhat We’re Looking For• Previous customer service, call center, or dispatch experience• Home services industry experience preferred (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or similar)• Service Titan experience preferred• Strong communication and multitasking skills• Comfortable handling high call volume in a fast-paced environment• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude• Ability to work in the office in GarlandSchedule• Multiple schedules available• Full-time hours• May include alternating weekendsCompensation & Benefits• $18 an hour• Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance• 401(k) with company match• Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays• Career growth and advancement opportunities• Supportive, team-oriented culture
