Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records by documenting interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
- Educate customers on products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Process orders, requests, account updates, and other customer-related transactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are addressed efficiently.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements during all customer interactions.
- Identify customer concerns and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response times, and productivity goals.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and customer service skills to provide accurate information and support.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and participating in team initiatives.
- Utilize Prophet 21 system for all order entry's.
