    Our Customer Service Representative II is the first point of contact for our patients. They are responsible for accurate typing, collection of all required demographic and insurance information, answering telephones and scheduling various types of appointments.

    Qualifications Required

    • High School diploma or GED;
    • Education and/or experience equivalent to a minimum of three (3) years in customer service.
    • Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in medical/behavioral health environment.
    • Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to maintain a positive and helpful attitude with customers, providers and clinic operations.
    • Must have the ability to follow oral and written directions as they relate to the functions listed above.
    • Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Effective teamwork skills and the ability to meet deadlines and productivity standards.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Possess knowledge of telephone etiquette and experience handling multiple telephone lines.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Must be detail oriented.
    • Proficient in use of computers, electronic health record and software programs.
    • Possess valid drivers license, home/Cell phone and reliable transportation.
    • Ability to work accurately and with minimal supervision.
    • Must obtain and maintain a Fingerprint clearance card and pass a background check.

    Qualifications Preferred

    • Bilingual English/Spanish
    • Insurance and medical experience
