Customer Service Representative

Position:?Customer Service Specialist
 Location:?Grand Blanc, MI
 Pay:?$18-20 per hour depending on experience
 Shift:?Monday–Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM

Responsibilities: 

1. Customer Demand Management- Negotiate New ship date (inside lead time)
2. Customer management – Manage Orders and systems as required
3. Manage Customer Portals and Specific customer requirements
4. Assist with Department Goals initiatives
5. Develops positive relationships both internally and externally.
6. Manage Customer Ratings
7. Act as “Voice of the Customer” while understanding financial impacts of organization
8. Other duties as assigned

 Requirements: 

1. Previous customer service, administrative, or order entry experience preferred 
2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment 
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel experience preferred 
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills 
6. Basic math skills
