Our growing Farmers Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is much more than answering phones youll play a key role in protecting our customers, supporting our sales team, and creating an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

Salary Range: $35000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

What Youll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting clients with policy questions, billing concerns, payments, claims guidance, and coverage changes
• Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and follow-up
• Work closely with our sales team and insurance carriers to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer records and policy information
• Develop and strengthen referral relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, and other local business partners
• Identify opportunities to help customers better protect what matters most through additional insurance solutions
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
• Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks

Licensing Requirements

• Must currently possess or be willing to obtain:
• Michigan Property & Casualty License
• Michigan Life & Health License
