We're seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to support sales and service in a fast-paced, growing packaging company.
Reporting to the Regional Customer Service Manager, you'll handle customer inquiries, process orders, provide quotes, and maintain relationships to build and retain business.
Key responsibilities include managing high call and email volume, collaborating with sales and shipping teams, updating product and pricing info, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office, and a solutions-oriented approach. Manufacturing background and SAP experience are preferred.
This full-time onsite role may require occasional outside hours and travel (~10%).
