Customer Service Representative 

Location: Grapevine, TX

Job Type: Part-Time Contract

Max Pay Rate:$18/hour

Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced operations team. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, business partners, and drivers, ensuring exceptional service while supporting daily transportation and delivery operations.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, communicating with customers, and multitasking in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer and business partner inquiries via phone and email.
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Monitor delivery routes and provide shipment updates.
  • Process delivery changes, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Scan and verify delivery documentation.
  • Work closely with drivers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide exceptional customer support.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume customer support environment.
  • Experience handling inbound customer calls and resolving customer issues.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous call center experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience using business applications and customer service systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
