Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)
Location: Grapevine, TX
Duration: Contract
Max Pay Rate: $18/hr
Schedule: Part-Time | Monday–Saturday | 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative II to provide exceptional customer support in a fast-paced logistics environment. In this role, you will work closely with customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure timely deliveries, resolve customer concerns, and maintain a high level of service throughout the delivery process.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone and email.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues in a professional manner.
- Monitor delivery routes and shipment status.
- Process delivery changes, cancellations, and updates.
- Verify shipping documentation and scan haul-away PODs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and drivers to ensure successful deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or high-volume customer support environment.
- Experience handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Logistics, transportation, or supply chain customer service experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent customer service.
