Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)

Location: Grapevine, TX

Duration: Contract

Max Pay Rate: $18/hr

Schedule: Part-Time | Monday–Saturday | 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative II to provide exceptional customer support in a fast-paced logistics environment. In this role, you will work closely with customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure timely deliveries, resolve customer concerns, and maintain a high level of service throughout the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone and email.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues in a professional manner.
  • Monitor delivery routes and shipment status.
  • Process delivery changes, cancellations, and updates.
  • Verify shipping documentation and scan haul-away PODs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and drivers to ensure successful deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and internal systems.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or high-volume customer support environment.
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Logistics, transportation, or supply chain customer service experience.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent customer service.
