Customer Service Representative

Location: Grapevine, TX (Onsite)

Pay Rate:$18.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 2:00 PM–6:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative II to support customers, business partners, and drivers in a fast-paced freight and delivery environment. This role requires strong multitasking skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward effective resolutions.
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer issues.
• Monitor the progress of delivery routes and provide updates.
• Scan haul-away pods and verify required stamps.
• Process delivery order changes and cancellations.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and business partners to resolve delivery-related issues.
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and service quality.

Qualifications

Required:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• Experience answering customer inquiries and resolving problems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with business-related applications.
• Previous call center experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
• Experience in transportation, freight, logistics, or delivery operations is a plus.
