Job Title: Client Service Representative (CSR) – Veterinary Clinic

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Client Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face of our veterinary clinic. If you enjoy building relationships with pet owners while supporting a team of veterinary professionals, we'd love to hear from you!

Position Summary

As our Client Service Representative, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for clients and their pets. You will manage front desk operations, coordinate appointments, communicate with clients, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operation of the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to client inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment calendar.
  • Check patients in and out efficiently.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Verify client and patient information in the practice management system.
  • Educate clients on wellness plans, preventive care, and clinic services.
  • Coordinate prescription refill requests and communicate with the medical team.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Support veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Handle sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous Veterinary customer service experience required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning veterinary software.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for helping people and their pets.

Schedule

  • Full-time 30-40 hours a week
  • Some evenings and rotating Saturdays are required
