Customer Service Representative (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Green Bay, WI (Onsite)
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Green Bay. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support through phone and email communication.

The ideal candidate has strong computer skills, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently navigate customer interactions while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Process customer orders, forms, applications, and service requests
  • Determine correct parts for customer orders and accurately calculate charges
  • Process billing, payments, and order-related transactions
  • Handle customer returns and resolve customer concerns or complaints
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed
  • Document customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
  • Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and efficiency
  • Deliver outstanding customer support while ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Required:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Previous customer service or customer support experience
  • Strong computer proficiency and data entry skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging customer situations
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with SAP HANA
  • Experience working in a Citrix environment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or schematics
  • Bilingual skills in English/Spanish or English/German

Compensation & Benefits

  • $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
