Customer Service / Sales Administrator
Graham Personnel Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support our client's sales team and assist their customers. This role includes handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer questions and provide support
- Enter and process orders in the system
- Assist with invoicing, shipping labels, and deliveries
- Maintain organized records and files
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks
- Help resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Previous admin or customer service experience is a plus
Additional Details:
- Office-based role with occasional warehouse support
- Training provided for systems (SAP experience is a plus)
