Customer Service / Sales Administrator


Graham Personnel Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support our client's sales team and assist their customers. This role includes handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.


Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer questions and provide support
  • Enter and process orders in the system
  • Assist with invoicing, shipping labels, and deliveries
  • Maintain organized records and files
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks
  • Help resolve customer issues in a timely manner

Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Previous admin or customer service experience is a plus

Additional Details:
  • Office-based role with occasional warehouse support
  • Training provided for systems (SAP experience is a plus)
