Customer Service Representative
We are a locally owned and operated company that provides professional heating, air conditioning, and indoor air quality services across the Greenville area. As a fast-growing HVAC company looking for someone with previous scheduling experience and great customer service skills to join our team.
The ideal candidate for this role will need to be self-motivated, familiar with Greenville County and the surrounding area, experienced with Office 365, provide exceptional communication skills, proficient at multi-tasking. and a master at problem solving. This role requires a positive, can-do attitude who always puts the client first.
Work Location: Greenville, SC

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm weekdays, (some overtime as needed)
Pay:$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
What you'll be doing:
- Provide accurate, friendly, and professional customer service to clients
- Manage customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails related to service, billing, and other departments
- Schedule service and maintenance appointments in a timely manner
- Coordinate repair approvals with various clients
- Make outbound calls to book, confirm, and follow up on appointments
- Follow up on estimates
- Maintain a service plan database
- Proofread and distribute invoices to clients
- Properly analyze daily timesheets for the service department
- Manage administrative/operational projects and tasks as needed
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong professional written and oral communication skills
- Highly organized
- Proven track record of maintaining professionalism, composure, and discretion
- 1+ years of experience in a customer support environment
- 1+ years of experience of scheduling or logistics
- 1+ in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook)
- Experience with Service Titan is a plus!
- Bilingual a plus!
