Customer Service Representative

We are a locally owned and operated company that provides professional heating, air conditioning, and indoor air quality services across the Greenville area. As a fast-growing HVAC company looking for someone with previous scheduling experience and great customer service skills to join our team.

The ideal candidate for this role will need to be self-motivated, familiar with Greenville County and the surrounding area, experienced with Office 365, provide exceptional communication skills, proficient at multi-tasking. and a master at problem solving. This role requires a positive, can-do attitude who always puts the client first.

Work Location: Greenville, SC

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm weekdays, (some overtime as needed)

Pay:$20.00 - $25.00 per hour

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide accurate, friendly, and professional customer service to clients
  • Manage customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively
  • Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails related to service, billing, and other departments
  • Schedule service and maintenance appointments in a timely manner
  • Coordinate repair approvals with various clients
  • Make outbound calls to book, confirm, and follow up on appointments
  • Follow up on estimates
  • Maintain a service plan database
  • Proofread and distribute invoices to clients
  • Properly analyze daily timesheets for the service department
  • Manage administrative/operational projects and tasks as needed

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong professional written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Proven track record of maintaining professionalism, composure, and discretion
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer support environment
  • 1+ years of experience of scheduling or logistics
  • 1+ in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook)
  • Experience with Service Titan is a plus!
  • Bilingual a plus!
