Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 an hour + bonus

Hiring Process:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Answer incoming phone calls, chats, and emails with urgency and empathy
• Handle customer concerns and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and effective follow-up to ensure resolution and satisfaction
• Schedule service appointments and provide accurate, helpful information
• Outbound to schedule routine Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical inspections for our loyalty members
• Promote Gold Club membership to non-members (it practically sells itself!)
• Keep detailed and accurate notes in our CRM system
• Work toward key performance goals while delivering a world-class customer experience

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of customer service experience required, with a strong preference for phone-based support or call center experience
• Able to handle multiple phone lines and multitask under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Reliable, motivated, and a team player who shows up with a great attitude
