Your prior experience in the insurance industry and knowledge of various insurance policies and products will ensure that you are able to provide the best experience to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Return all phone messages promptly.

Must have at least 1-3 years of experience working within an insurance agency. Must be willing to obtain your property and casualty license within 3 months of starting.

• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
