Mr. Electric of Gulfport & Hattiesburg is seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative.  


The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the main contact for customers. They handle multi-channel communication, schedule service visits, update account records, and provide administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly.


Core Duties & Responsibilities


Handle incoming phone calls, perform scheduled outbound follow-ups, and respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, and live messaging platforms.


Book, confirm, and update customer service appointments in the management software, coordinating closely with dispatchers and field personnel to optimize daily scheduling.


Input, update, and maintain accurate customer profiles, service records, billing details, and interaction notes in the company database.


Actively listen to customer needs, provide empathetic and constructive solutions to routine inquiries, and escalate complex service issues to management when necessary.


Perform day-to-day administrative duties, including electronic document filing, maintaining customer intake forms, and completing general office tasks assigned by management.


Job Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Professional verbal and written communication skills; active listening with an ability to demonstrate genuine empathy.
Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with email platforms, web browsers, and standard office applications, with the ability to learn internal scheduling and CRM software quickly.
High accuracy and attention to detail in typing and record management.
Preferred prior experience in customer service, scheduling or office administration
