Hamilton Telecommunications is seeking a Customer Service Representative.
Will provide professional customer service, troubleshooting, and technical assistance over the phone and to walk-in customers. This is a full-time position working on-site in the Burwell, NE business office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling new customer orders and service requests regarding Internet, Telephone, and Cobalt TV services. • Responsible for daily customer payments and bank deposits. • Ensuring each customer receives excellent customer service and proactively seeks opportunities to cross-sell Hamilton services.
Qualifications:
High school education or equivalent. Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel or similar computer programs. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
