Customer Service Representative

Location: Hanover, MD Area

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Position Overview

Our client, a well-established consumer products company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their customer support team. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping customers, managing orders, and providing timely solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The Customer Service Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email while supporting order management and inventory-related inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls and emails.
• Process and enter customer orders accurately.
• Respond to email inquiries and support tickets.
• Research and track inventory availability.
• Provide order status updates and shipment information.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate concerns as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and email systems.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with order entry, inventory tracking, or CRM systems is a plus.
