Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with account inquiries, setting up payment arrangements, and providing general support while ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance standards. In this role, you will maintain accurate records, meet performance goals, and deliver a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
  • Healthcare background or familiarity with medical billing, insurance, or healthcare-related accounts is a plus

Additional Requirements

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
