Job Overview
AV Taxi Rides is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Hartford. In this role, you will assist customers with transportation service inquiries, ride scheduling, and general support while helping ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
- Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to support customer needs

Qualifications

Salary Range
