Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)Heritage Truck Equipment – Hartville, Ohio
Heritage Truck Equipment is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity to start a long-term career with a company that has experienced steady growth for over 20 years.
In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for our customers-helping them with warranty and parts support, resolving technical questions, and ensuring a high level of service across every interaction.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to parts, service, and warranty claims
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Manage and track warranty claims from start to resolution with accuracy and timeliness
- Respond to a high volume of emails and service cases in a professional manner
- Collaborate with sales, service, and technical teams to resolve customer concerns
- Maintain organized and accurate records related to parts, service, and warranty
- Deliver excellent customer service through clear communication and accountability
- Contribute to improving internal processes and procedures

- No prior industry experience required-just a strong willingness to learn
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze and solve problems
- High attention to detail and ability to input information accurately
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Reliable with a proven attendance record
- Work collaboratively with the team to manage and prioritize tasks while maintaining ownership of individual responsibilities.
