What You'll Be Doing
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to hazardous waste processing services
Coordinate order entry, scheduling, and documentation to ensure timely and compliant service delivery
Prepare and review shipping papers, manifests, and regulatory documentation with a focus on accuracy
Collaborate with operations, logistics, and compliance teams to resolve issues and optimize workflows
Maintain detailed records and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders
What Are We Looking For
Strong communication skills with the ability to support customers professionally and clearly
Working knowledge of safety, environmental, or regulatory processes with a commitment to compliance
Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage documentation and data accurately
Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computer systems (ERP/CRM tools, Microsoft Office) to manage customer transactions
Work Environment
Office-based role with regular interaction with operations and dispatch teams
Exposure to regulated hazardous waste processes; adherence to strict safety and compliance standards required
Fast-paced setting with multiple priorities and deadlines
Collaborative team environment focused on safety, service, and operational excellence

Competitive base salary, $20.49 to $25.27 per hour.
