The core responsibilities of this role include: Responsible for processing customer orders, coordinating with customers and transportation providers and ensuring accurate shipment and order information. This position also maintains records and reports, supports office and administrative functions, and helps ensure smooth day to day operations in a fast paced logistics environment.
Position: Customer Service Representative
Shift: 1st Shift, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 6:00am to 6:00pm, Every other Wednesday 6:00am to 6:00pm
Pay: $19.75 per hour
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: Experience in customer service within a logistics or transportation environment, including coordinating shipments, communicating with carriers and customers, and utilizing transportation or warehouse management systems.

Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. Responsible for providing product, service, and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.
