Bacon Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to represent our company in a call center environment. This forward-facing role is on the front lines of Bacon, and is key to our mission of providing superior customer service.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls in a high-volume call center environment promptly and professionally
- Address inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, or promotions
- Document customer interactions and update records in ServiceTitan as necessary
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
- Monitor emails, text messages, and virtual leads
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Commit to growing knowledge of Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical trade services to provide the most informed help possible
- Perform any additional responsibilities and duties as assigned to support team and business needs
Requirements- 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or telemarketing role preferred
- Experience with a Plumbing, HVAC, or Electric service provider in any capacity is preferred
- Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and basic office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer interactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
