Customer Service Specialist - Healthcare Services
Location: Las Vegas, NV (onsite 5 days per week NOT remote)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20-22/hr (paid weekly) + benefits
Duration: 4-month contract-to-hire (long-term growth opportunity)
Are you passionate about helping others and making a meaningful impact in healthcare? We're hiring Customer Service Specialists to support patients with home medical equipment and services. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy providing exceptional service.
What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients and healthcare providers
  • Process orders, verify documentation, and schedule equipment deliveries
  • Educate patients on financial responsibilities and insurance coverage
  • Review and enter information into EMR systems accurately
  • Obtain pre-authorizations and verify insurance eligibility
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
What You'll Bring
  • Degree and/or certificate in healthcare related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Familiarity with healthcare documentation and insurance processes (preferred)

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, NV.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
