About the Opportunity - Customer Service Representative
We are partnering with a valued client to identify a customer-focused and professional Customer Service Representative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, resolving inquiries, and providing an exceptional phone-based support experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Representative
- Answer inbound customer phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Address customer questions, concerns, and service requests efficiently
- Enter and update customer information accurately in company systems
- Resolve issues and escalate complex concerns when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications - Customer Service Representative
- Previous customer service, call center, receptionist, or phone support experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer and data entry proficiency
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
