 Customer Service Representative – Join a Great Team! 

Location: Hickory Area
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Position Type: Possible Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Do you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and keeping busy throughout the day? We're looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming voice and face of our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

 Making and receiving phone calls
 Greeting customers and visitors
️ Data entry and record updates
 Taking payments and processing transactions
欄 Providing outstanding customer service
 Assisting with general office duties as needed

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has a positive attitude and professional demeanor
Communicates clearly and confidently
Is comfortable using computers and entering data accurately
Enjoys working with customers and solving problems
Is dependable and punctual

Requirements:

Must pass a drug test
Must pass a background check
Reliable transportation preferred
